This is picture is incredibly powerful. The sister of a fallen solider is laying in front of his grave at the Arlington National Cemetery. He served in both Iraq and Afghanistan. I guess because my dad used to be in the military, it kind of hits me that that could have been him if he hadn't been lucky enough to not go to war. This picture essentially sums up the emotional toll that family members take when their family goes off to war.
This picture makes me want to cry. To see all those graves, all those young men who's lives were lost...all perfectly lined up...
