Can You Hear Me Now?

This article was about the fact that AT&T is limiting supposedly "unlimited" data in the top 5% of users. I understand that with so many people on their network they can't use that much bandwidth, but it also isn't fair that they don't give a good notice and they aren't very consistant. They should do what other companies do, only slowing service down when needed. My cell phone carrier is not AT&T, it's nTelos because it's the only one that has service at my house, and nTelos has unlimited data/web, so this doesn't affect me.
